Files

Place all needed files into one folder, place all fonts into a seperate folder within that folder.

Compress Files using Stuffit for Mac or Win Zip for PC

An example of a good compression program is StuffIt Deluxe 6.0 from Aladdin Systems. This program, like many out today, offers many benefits for Internet users. File compression means fast uploading and an extra insurance for file integrity

Fonts

Include your screen and printer fonts unless you are able to outline fonts used in vector art programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Freehand.

Images & Graphic Files

Include all graphic files that are placed in applications

Tiff and Eps files work best.

Supply raster images (bitmap of photographic images) at 72dpi at 100% size
*NOTE- supplying files at higher dpi does not improve output quality.

If your document size is:
25% of final size, direct us to print at 400% size, images need to be 288dpi
50% of final size, direct us to print at 200% size, images need to be 144dpi
100% of final size, direct us to print at 100% size, images need to be 72dpi

Color

Supply files in CMYK Mode

If color is "critial," indicate those colors and their PMS Match(es).

Please provide a color proof.
