Limited Warranty- Not withstanding any other provision herein or imposed by the law. ACG’s warranty hereunder shall be limited to the sales price of the merchandise and/or services recited in the invoice. Please check your disks very carefully, as we are only responsible for outputting your job according to what you have selected. If there is any problem with your final output, tell us prior to incurring additional charges elsewhere. We are not responsible for any additional cost arising from any loss or damage to your material, (except the original cost of the material).
Copyrighted materials are accepted with the strict understanding that the customer has the legal right and will exempt ACG against legal action arising out of copyright infringement.
